How an Item Is Produced
Each stage accepts only what cleared the one before.
Specification mapping — The published test specification becomes a coverage table of domains and skills. Every skill in the specification must have a slot.
Drafting — The item, its options and its rationale are drafted from source material. A citation to that source must be attached.
Deterministic validation — Machine checks test for a single defensible key, overlapping options and format rules. Every check must pass.
Expert review — A subject-matter expert reads the item and edits or rejects it. The item ships only with the reviewer's sign-off.

Does any item ship without expert review?
No. No item ships without expert review. Stages 1 to 3 are automated, and whether an item is released is a human decision: a subject-matter expert reads each item and edits or rejects it, and the item is signed off by the reviewer.
What does one set contain?
Items ship in sets of 20, with four options each. Every set carries its coverage table, which maps each item to a specification skill, and rationales that give the key justification plus a reason for each distractor. Domain, skill and difficulty are specified at order time.
Which formats are delivered?
Each delivery comes in HTML, PDF, and a structured interchange file.
How does a pilot start?
