Key Features of the KV Series

IE4 motors as standard

KV pumps ship with IE4 premium-efficiency motors. On a typical 75 kW chilled-water duty, this saves about 9,800 kWh per year compared with an IE2 motor.

Measured, not estimated

Each pump is tested on the 120 m loop before shipping. The customer receives the measured head, flow, efficiency and NPSH curve for that serial number.

Hygienic option

The KV-H model has electropolished wetted parts, a drainable casing and EHEDG-compliant seals for dairy, brewing and juice lines.

Common spare parts

All models share one bearing frame family, so spare parts are common across the range.
