Features
Before drawing, we survey what can stay. Reuse saves embodied carbon and often saves 6–12 months of construction.
The same project architect leads design, permits and site supervision.
We carry out a whole-life carbon assessment on every project over 1,000 m².
Our target is 50% lower embodied carbon than a new-build reference, using timber, reused brick and low-carbon concrete where the structure allows.
02
Products
Textile mill converted to offices. Kept 90% of the original brick structure.
Public library. Timber structure, daylight in every reading room.
Event venue in a former foundry. Original crane rails kept as lighting tracks.
Creative company headquarters. 40% of desks are shared work settings.
