A food packaging manufacturer running three shifts faced electricity at 11% of operating cost and rising daytime demand charges. Brightmoor Solar installed 2,180 bifacial panels on a 9,600 m² metal roof, with string inverters and a monitoring gateway. The roof generated 1,480 MWh in the first year, covered 38% of the plant's annual electricity and delivered a payback period of 5.4 years.
A logistics company with a 24,000 m² warehouse had a roof with low load capacity that could not take standard mounting. Brightmoor Solar used a lightweight ballast-free mounting system at 9.8 kg/m², 4,700 panels and a 1 MWh battery for evening peak shaving. The system produces 3,150 MWh per year, evening peak demand is down 22%, and with no roof penetrations the roof warranty stayed valid.
A suburban shopping center with long opening hours wanted lower common-area costs and a visible sustainability story for tenants. Brightmoor Solar built 1,150 panels on the roof and parking canopies, plus a public display showing live output. The system generates 760 MWh per year, common-area electricity cost is down 31%, and two new tenants cited the solar program in their leasing decision.
